Christian is the creator and principal teacher of the Science of Success. He is an internationally respected thought-leader in business leadership, personal development and professional coaching. Christian has transformed the leadership capability in some of the world’s largest companies and trained and mentored people in over 40 countries in the art, skill and practice of leadership and professional level coaching.
Christian is the founder of Evolve Global Ltd, a unique leadership and talent development consultancy specialising in behavioural change and skill transference. Clients include Siemens, BT, Telefonica, Virgin Atlantic, Yell, AMEC and Cable & Wireless.
During twenty years of success in a corporate career, Christian became a serious student of human potential, the mind and personal development following his mother’s struggles with mental illness. The outcome transformed his personal and professional life and he’s consequently travelled the world to learn and work with industry leaders in the field of personal growth and leadership.
In 2003 Christian was clinically obese, and using the strategies incorporated in the Science of Success, he reduced his weight by 63 pounds in a year, successfully completing the New York Marathon in the process. The following year he took the principles into his professional life, increasing his business performance from £4 million ($6 million) to £64 million ($100 million), and eliminated his habitual dependency on alcohol, cigarettes and caffeine in the process.
His reputation as a naturally dynamic and inspirational communicator has seen him share the stage and work alongside some of the leading names in the field of personal development and leadership, such as John C Maxwell, Bob Proctor, Dr Wayne Dyer and Les Brown. Elaine has enjoyed a distinguished career in sales and leadership roles in the media, telecommunications and technology sectors. An accredited, experienced and accomplished professional coach Elaine has also built a world-class global reputation in designing, delivering and facilitating synchronous (online) training and development, delivering virtual, experiential learning worldwide for organisations such as Cisco, SAP and Hewlett Packard.
Elaine’s primal responsibility in the Science of Success is to deliver and continually enhance the high quality, experiential learning environment within the programme’s events. She also provides support for the global team of coaches and teachers and contributes to the certain programmes with her own coaching and mentoring skills if an when required.
