Delivery Policy: Once registered and fees paid a course welcome document will be sent by email within 48 hours. ALL course event dates and information required to log onto the audio and webinar components will be contained in this document. Event journals/workbooks will also be sent via email prior to course commencement or individual events.

Cancellation and Postponement Policy: Once registered, participants on the Science of Success programme are deemed to have made a full commitment to the entire process. In the event of circumstances arising that are beyond a participants control that prevent attendance on the specific course intended, a full credit will be granted and transferred to the next or subsequent programs commencing at a later date.
